Zambia Coach Herve Rennard has said that there will be no hiding place for Nigeria as Zambia confronts the West Africans today.
He said the group C match against the Super Eagles of Nigeria has been dubbed a revenge mission to avenge the loses incurred in the hands of the Eagles in their last two meetings.
Rennard stated this at a media briefing ahead of today's match. He said the Zambian team has a lot of respect for Nigeria, but are not afraid of them. According to him, his side is determined to beat Nigeria and take over the leadership of the group.
He said beating Nigeria today would make the difference in their quest for a place in the quarter final. "The match tomorrow (today) is a revenge mission for me and my team we lost 0-2 to the Super Eagles at a friendly in Kaduna, against in the quarter final at the 2010 Nations Cup in Angola via penalty.
We respect Nigeria but we are not afraid of them. We know that Nigeria has talented and skilful players and beating them tomorrow will make the difference", Rennard said.
