The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) led by the National Chairman, Chief Victor Umeh has said that the former Minister of Health, Dr. Tim Menakaya is no longer a member of the party's Board of Trustees ( BOT) .

The party said Menakaya has ceased to be a member of the party's BOT, having served in that position for a maximum period of eight years (two terms) beginning from January 11, 2005 to 2013.

In the same vein, the party in a letter signed by the National Secretary, Alhaji Sani Shinkafi asked two members of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party, the National Women Leader, Mrs Ella Nwabueze and the National Publicity Secretary, Benard Akoma to resign their posts, having taken up political appointments in government.
