Kenya: Billions Spent in Somalia War

The government is demanding 8.5 billion shillings from the United Nations owed for its military contributions to the African Union Mission in Somalia. The cabinet says the UN has only reimbursed 2.5 billion shillings out of the 11 billion shillings spent. The money is required to finance urgent social and economic development programmes in the country.
