Nigeria: 44 Years After, Anambra Fixes Damaged Bridge

The paramount ruler of Okpuno town in Awka, Anambra State, Igwe Sunday Isaac Okafor, has lauded the state Governor, Mr. Peter Obi, on the reconstruction of the Opkuno-Isu Bridge which was destroyed during the Nigerian Civil War about 44 years ago.

The Igwe said this Wednesday when the National Good Governance Tour visited the road which led to Achala local government area, said to be the food basket of the state.
