Uige — At least 23 groups have already confirmed their participation in the 2013 edition of the carnival in Uije Province, says the acting provincial director of culture, Moisés Mateus Feliciana.
There are enlisted 11 adults and 12 infantile carnival groups, as well as three animation blocks, said the source, adding that all conditions are already set for this popular feast.
The intention is to record the enlistment of 20 adult and 18 infantile carnival groups, says the source.
