Angola: Telecommunications Firm Unveils New Supervision Network Centre

Luanda — A network supervision centre with the telecommunications company (Unitel), worth 1.2 billion Kwanzas, was inaugurated on Wednesday in Luanda, by the minister of telecommunications and information technology, José Carvalho da Rocha, Angop has learnt.

The infrastructure is located at South one of Luanda and will enable improving the control and supervision of telecommunications quality services to the customs.

The centre will enable from Luanda a higher monitoring of all networks installed all over the country and a more rapid and effective intervention in anomalous situations, such as sign failure.

The mentioned centre has a well equipped control and supervision centre with 3/12 metres big screen and an emergency meeting room.
