The association of the deaf is urging the IEBC to put up strategies to enhance the participation of people with disabilities in the upcoming general elections without discrimination.
Chairman Nickson Kakiri with the help of an interpreter says, their inclusion in the electoral process is crucial as provided for by the constitution. He also says more than a million disabled person are registered voters and their votes should count.
