Angola's Vice President, Manuel Domingos Vincete, is leaving Saturday to Ethiopia, in representation of the President José Eduardo dos Santos, at the 20th ordinary session of the African Union (AU), Angop has learnt.
According to a communiqué issued by the support services to the vice president, that reached Angop on Friday the summit is set for January 27-28, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
