The number of people injured on Friday in clashes between protesters and security forces rose to 119, head of the Egyptian Ambulance Organization told al-Jazeera Mubasher Misr news channel.
Egyptians in several governorates rallied in main squares today to commemorate the second anniversary of the January 2011 uprising.
