Angola: Minister Stresses International Communication Among Doctors

Luanda — The Minister of Health, José Van-Dúnem Vieira said Saturday in Luanda that the international communication among doctors should be more stimulated because diseases know no borders and where man has gained a dimension increasingly universal.

José Van-Dunem made this statement during his closing speech at the Eighth International Congress of Physicians in Angola under the motto "health in Angola, present and future."

He recognized that health professionals often encounter in their daily work conditions unfavorable to respond to the problems and the needs of populations.

According to the minister, this conference is an essential event in the panorama of the country where medical science, this edition was a moment for all training and scientific growth, but also for meeting and reflection.
