Rwanda: Musanze Promotes Five Players to Senior Team

Musanze Football Club has promoted five players from their talent detection centre in this transfer window, head coach Hussein Barrack has confirmed.

The Tanzania-born coach confirmed the promoted players as Sereman Harerimana, Aimable Dusabe Niyonzima, Eric Uwimana, Japhet Nimurora and brother to Isonga striker Justin Mico, goalie Olivier Ndayisaba.

"It is quite expensive to sign quality players. That is why we opted to promote from within our detection center and I hope they will do better in the league,' he told this paper recently. He added, "We need to be consistent in the league. That's why we added new players for the second round."

The newly promoted team is currently in 7th position in the Primus National Football League with 19 points, nine points behind the leaders Police FC.
