The minister of state for sports, Charles Bakkabulindi, flagged-off a contingent of 14 athletes to the Special Olympics games in South Korea that started today.
During the flag-off, Bakkabulindi warned that the athletes not to take this trip for granted and fail to do well at major sports events. "We haven't sent tourists but competitors (athletes) to represent the nation by winning medals," said Bakkabulindi. The Special Olympics games end on February 6.
