Nigeria: National ID Card Registration Records Huge Turnout

The ongoing National Identity Number registration in Cross River State is witnessing a huge turnout as citizens of the state daily troop to registration centres for registration, coordinator of the programme in the state, Mr. Sunday Ogbonna revealed in Calabar.

He explained that the rush to be registered may be due to the massive sensitisation which was carried on prior to the commencement of the exercise and the increased demand for proper identifications before certain transactions are consummated these days.
