Gombe — In order to improve service delivery and manpower as a result of exit through retirement and other means, the Gombe state government has employed 20,003 staff into ministries, departments and agencies of the state civil service with the ministry of education topping the list with over 1,000 employees.
This was disclosed by the state Head of Service Mr Eli Meller Akeme during a press briefing in his office in Gombe.
