Morocco: France, Portugal Join Local, Spanish Police Initiative

France and Portugal will become part of the Moroccan-Spanish police co-operation initiative, MAP reported on Friday (January 25th). Both countries will send liaison officers to the Algeciras police centre.
The interior ministers of Morocco, Spain, France and Portugal met in Rabat on Friday to discuss regional security. Police training, intelligence sharing and the Mali crisis topped the agenda of the talks.
