Addis Ababa — On the sidelines of the 20th African Union (AU) Summit, Caretaker President Moncef Marzouki had talks, on Monday in Addis Ababa, with Moroccan Prime Minister Abdelilah Benkiran.
Both sides discussed means to strengthen bilateral relations and reviewed the latest developments in Mali.
