Addis Ababa — On the sidelines of the 20th African Union (AU) Summit, Caretaker President Moncef Marzouki had a talk, on Monday in Addis Ababa, with Moroccan Foreign Affairs and Co-operation Minister Saadeddine El-Othmani.
Both sides discussed means to strengthen bilateral relations and reviewed the latest developments in Mali.
