Kenya: Cord Unveils 10-Point Manifesto

Nairobi — Coalition of Reforms and Democracy (CORD) presidential candidate Raila Odinga on Monday launched the alliance's manifesto pegged on a 10-point programme.

Odinga said he intends to enhance land reforms, food security, universal healthcare and fight poverty if he is chosen to succeed President Mwai Kibaki in the March 4 election.
