Angola: Youths Get Social Neighbourhood in Chibia

Chibia — The Secretary of State for Sports, Albino da Conceição Sunday delivered the municipal administration of Chibia, southern Huila province, the youth social neighbourhood, under the National Sports Day celebrated Saturday.

The beneficiaries will start residing the neighbourhood next February, after the holding soon of a public draw.

50 young employees are contesting for the purpose.

Albino da Conceiçao said that the project is part of Angola Youth programme implemented by the government aimed at expanding the construction of houses countrywide.

In his turn, the deputy provincial governor of Huila for the political and social sector, José Arão Nataniel, expressed satisfaction, saying that everything will be done so that by February the first tenants have their residences.

The youth social neighbourhood in Chibia comprises 40 residences.
