Angola: Luanda to Gain 47 New Schools in 2013-2017 Period

Luanda — Luanda province will have between 2013 and 2017 about 47 new schools to reinforce the current 43,527 ones, says a press communiqué of the provincial

department of education, Angop has learnt.

The schools will be built under the 2013 public investment programme.

The document also says that Luanda needs 1,170 teachers for the primary teaching, 597 for the first cycle of the secondary teaching, 289 for the second cycle of the secondary teaching as well as 203 for the high level.
