Kenya: Red Cross Official Shot

Red Cross personnel (file photo): Kenya Red Cross have suspended their services in Dadaab refugee camp.

A Red Cross official was yesterday shot and seriously wounded in an attack by suspected thugs at the IFO refugee camp in Dadaab. He was in their official car when gunmen opened fire deflating the vehicle's tyres. Police say the official is in a stable condition and a hunt on the gunmen is ongoing.
