Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed VI, the King of Morocco and Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates- Ruler of Dubai, have written to the president of the Republic, His Excellency, Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr Yahya Jammeh, congratulating him on the New Year.
