Kenya: Yu Mobile Lowers Calling Rates Just a Month After Increasing Them

Yu mobile has lowered its off net calling rates a month after it increased the rates. Calling rates to other networks are now at three shillings, a drop from the 3.60 shillings that had been hiked by the operator in December. Sheila Maviala who heads Yu mobile's Brand Communication says the company quickly responded to customer feedback and had to lower the rate.
