CID director Ndegwa Muhoro's appointment should be rescinded until allegations against him are investigated and a proper determination made. Peter Kiama from IMLU says President Kibaki breached the law when he made the appointment. He also says IPOA's recommendations to the 2 principles that Muhoro shouldn't be appointed because of integrity issues was ignored.
