Civil society groups are expected to declare their position and investigations on the appointment of senior police officers. The groups has raised issues with Ndegwa Muhoro, Samuel Arachi, Grace Kaindi who were appointed by president Kibaki citing integrity, alleged corruption, criminal dealings and mishandling of the post election violence.
