SPORTS Minister Chishimba Kambwili has said Government has taken long to pay coaches who participated at the 2012 Supreme Council for Sport in Africa (SCSA) Zone Six Youth Games because the list of possible recipients is too long, many of them undeserving.
Speaking for the first time after the coaches complained of being unpaid their allowances for delivering 41 medals for Zambia at the SCSA Zone Six Youth Games in Lusaka, Kambwili said his ministry was given a list of 35 coaches which he found to be too much.
