Luanda — The Reserve Bank (BNA) governor, José de Lima Massano, on Tuesday here reassured the people and ruled out the possibility of the circulation of the Akz 5,000 bank note saying this would cause inflation in the internal market, Angop learnt.

The official said so at the official launching of the new families of bank notes, adding that the appearance of the mentioned bank note will not increase the financial value of the money in possession of the public.

It will be altered its composition, as the appearance of new bank notes will be done in the proper measure of the value of the current family of bank notes that were handed over to the BNA, meaning the financial value of the bank notes that will come into force at the market will be equal to that one that will be seized, says José de Lima Massano.

He also said that there will have no influence on the credit balance of the monetary basis or of the payment means.
