Angola: Writer João Miranda Presents Books in Caxito

Caxito — The books "Hebo" and "Nambuangongo", by the Angolan writer João Miranda will be presented Thursday in Caxito, northern Bengo province, Angop has Tuesday.

The fact was disclosed by "Texto Editores" publishing house, in charge of the two literature works.

In his novel "Hebo", meaning prolonged pregnancy and launched in July of 2012 at Angola Writers Union (UEA) facilities, the Writer, who is also governor of Bengo province, will present it to the local residents.

With 198 pages, the work portrays tribal and ethnic conflict among Angolan nationalists, with consequences for the fight of national liberation.

On the other hand, the reason for the reissue of the book entitled Nambuangongo, released in 1998, follows Its depletion in the market.

The writer explained that the book will undergo minor adjustments and corrections, however, will not change its essence.
