Libya will try Moamer Kadhafi's brother-in-law and former intelligence chief Abdullah Senussi within a fortnight, Libya Herald reported on Monday (January 28th).
According to the attorney-general's office, no decision had been made as to whether Senussi and Seif al-Islam al-Kadhafi would be tried together.
Both are accused of committing crimes against humanity during the pro-democracy uprising last year.
