Egypt: PM Asserts His Full Support for Police Forces

Prime Minister Hisham Qandil on Tuesday 29/1/2013 asserted his full support for the police forces.

At a meeting with Interior Minister Mohammed Ibrahim, Minister of Justice Ahmed Mekki and Minister of State for Legislative Councils Omar Salem, Qandil followed up the current security situation in Egypt.

He also approved during the meeting completing all logistical equipment and apparatus needed by the policemen to undertake their job properly.

The Interior Minister presented the meeting with a detailed report on Port Said incidents in which he confirmed that rioters, who caused that chaos in the coastal city, were identified.
