Kenya: Don't Bribe, Job Seekers Told
By Lydia Ngoolo, 30 January 2013
IEBC Mwingi North coordinator Enock Otara has told job seekers not to bribe for a job at the commission. Speaking to the Star yesterday, Otara said many applicants missed out on job opportunities at an interview conducted last week after attempting to bribe him.
"It was so rampant that I cannot tell you how many tried to bribe me. Were it a permanent job, I would have involved police, perhaps some punishment will stop this vile behaviour," he said.
