Kenya: NCIC Pursuing Bloggers Believed to Be Perpetrators of Hatespeech

The National Police Service has unveiled a crime reporting mobile application for the public.

Three bloggers believed to be perpetrators of hate speech are being pursued by the NCIC. Mary Ombara from the Media monitoring Committee also says a new trend has emerged where sign language and symbols are being used to spread offensive remarks that could lead to violence.
