Luanda — The Angolan songwriter and singer Waldemar Bastos will hold in international tour of Africa, Europe and Latin America, he told the press.

The singer announced it when speaking at the workshop on Angolan Popular Music, adding that the tour will comprise countries such as France, Portugal, Austria, Brazil, Cape Verde and Japan.

According to him, the invitation for the tour is a fruit of the success of his latest compact disc entitled Renanscence, in those countries.

Waldemar Bastos also said that the mentioned compact disc won the Liberation prize, in France, as it was considered the best foreign one in that European country, in 2012.
