Nigeria: NAN Laments High Cost of Kidney Transplants in Nigeria

The Nigerian Association of Nepherology (NAN) has called on the government to support the fight against Chronic kidney Disease (CDK) by subsidizing the money for the treatment of the disease, which is very expensive and out of the reach of most Nigerians.

The President of NAN, Prof. Evelyn Unigbe disclosed this Wednesday while addressing a press conference in Abuja at the 25th Anniversary and congress with the theme, "Nepherology Practice, Training and Research in Nigeria, the Journey so far"
