Nigeria: Ajimobi Distributes Vehicles to Education Inspectors

Ibadan — Oyo State Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, has distributed 10 vehicles to Local Inspectors of Education (LIEs) in 10 local government areas in the state as part of his administration's commitment to strengthening the inspectorate division of the education sector in the state.

The governor, while presenting the vehicles to the LIEs at the state secretariat, said that the remaining inspectors would receive theirs very soon.

The beneficiaries were from Ibadan North-East, Ibadan North, Ibadan North-West, Ibadan South-East, Ibadan South-West, Akinyele, Egbeda, Afijio, Atiba and Oyo West local government areas.

Governor Ajimobi, who was represented at the occasion by the Commissioner for Education, Mrs. Adetokunbo Fayokun, said the presentation was aimed at strengthening the inspectorate division for school monitoring and supervision.
