Namibia: Sizzling 2013 Bank Windhoek Enduro Series

Bank Windhoek has renewed its commitment to Off-Road Motorcycle and Quad Racing for the 2013 season for the fourth consecutive year with N$80 000. At the same time, Bank Windhoek congratulated the number one Enduro rider, Ingo Waldschmidt, on his excellent achievement in this year's Dakar rally.

The 2013 calendar of the Bank Windhoek Namibia Motor Sport Federation (NMSF) Namibia National Enduro Series Championship will see eight events taking place in various parts of the country.

"It is with partners like Bank Windhoek that Enduro in Namibia continuous to grow and achieve positive results. We are looking forward to another rewarding season with Bank Windhoek and our other partners", said Andreas Brendel, Chairman of the Namibian Enduro Club.

"Motorsport has witnessed a positive growth over the years and it is because of the hard work and dedication of the management of the Namibian Enduro Club. It is for this reason that Bank Windhoek has decided to sponsor the Enduro Series for the fourth consecutive year under the auspices of the Namibian Enduro Club. With the programme lined up during 2013, the races should serve as excellent preparation for the riders, should any of them decide to move to a bigger stage like the Dakar", said Riaan van Rooyen, Head of Corporate Communication and Social Investment at Bank Windhoek.
