Angola: JMPLA Holds Renewal of Mandates Assembly

Menongue — The provincial secretariat of the ruling MPLA party's youth wing (JMPLA) in the south-west Kubango province will elect the first secretary of the local organisation, committee members and discuss other issues, during 1st assembly for renewal of mandates, set for Friday.

According to the programme of activities that reached Angop, the event will be presided over by the first provincial secretary of the youth organisation in Kubango, Bento Francisco Xavier.

The agenda of the meeting also include presentation of the report on the preparatory process of the meeting.

The participants will also approve internal regulation of activity, election of the internal organs of the Assembly (the chairman, commissions of mandates, electoral, appeals and the secretariat).

Action plan for 2013/2014, the election of the provincial committee of JMPLA and approval of the final documents, are also part of the programme.
