Justice Oluseun Shogbola of the National Industrial Court yesterday ordered a defence counsel, Miss Pat Offor, to produce its witness by February 20 or have its case foreclosed.
Shogbola gave the order after Offor told the court that her witness was not in court, owing to ill health.
A German woman, Mrs Jagus Margot, sued the management of Kojo Motors Limited before the National Industrial Court, alleging unlawful termination of employment.
Margot, in the suit, alleged that she was employed by the defendant, Kojo Motors in October 2009 as a Marketing Manager.
The management of Kojo, however, terminated her appointment in November 2010 without any reason.
Margot is also praying the court to order the defendant to pay her entitlements.
Shogbola adjourned to February 20 for the defense to open its case.
