Togo/Tunisia: Historic Victory for Togo! Tunisia Eliminated From the Competition

It was an exciting game! It did not disappoint ... Tunisia had a big opportunity to take the lead in this crucial match against Togo being then qualified for the quarter-finals of the competition.

Ten minutes from the end, K.Mouelhi who had scored the first goal on penalty missed it.

Togo needed a draw to be qualified and the match ended with a score of 1-1. Togo is therefore qualified for the first time in its history to the quarterfinals of an African Cup of nations

But what a surprise!

Tunisia leaves the competition. Afcon 2012 was a real setback for the Maghreb. Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria went home, head down.

The goal of Sesge Gakpé at the 13rd min qualified the Hawks!

Congratulations to Didier Six and his men!
