Morocco: HM the King Receives New UK's Ambassador to Morocco

Casablanca  — HM King Mohammed VI received, on Friday at the Casablanca royal palace, Clive Alderton who came to present to the Sovereign his credentials as ambassador of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to Morocco.

Afterwards, the Monarch received Khaled Ben Salmane Ben Ahmed Al Khalifam, Bahrain's ambassador, and Amadou Habibou Ndiaye, Senegal's ambassador who came to take their leave of the sovereign at the end of their diplomatic mission in Morocco.

On this occasion, HM the King awarded the grand cordon of the Alawite wissam to the Bahraini diplomat, and the Alawite wissam of commander rank to the Senegalese diplomat.

The audience was attended by Foreign Minister Saad Dine El Otmani and HM the King's Chamberlain Brahim Frej.
