Kenya: Indo-Asian Expo Opens in Nairobi

The first ever Indo-Asian Trade and Cultural Expo has began at SSD Hall, Lower Kabete Road, in Nairobi. It will run until February 10.

Launched yesterday, the event will showcase goods from 90 international and 30 Kenyan exhibitors from various sectors like wholesalers, traders, importers, exporters, manufacturers, business entrepreneurs, real estate developers and artisans.

There will be entertainment from visiting Rajastan magician, puppeteer and dancers. Indian cultural groups like Rajasthani Lok Kala Sangh and Bollywood Singer from Zee TV Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Gaurav Jain and Sony Indian Idol fame Megha Sharma will perform at the expo.

    Obufwemi Aug 17 2012, 17:00 Report Abuse • Nairobi, Kenya – Police in Nairobi have arrested and placed in custody a man who allegedly had sex with a pregnant sheep. The high-pitched bleat of the sheep in the night attracted the attention of a resident farmer who caught the John Wanjau Kirima, having sexual intercourse with the sheep tied to a tree. The Police sent the animal to the Veterinary Services Department to ascertain the truth of the matter. The farmer was returning from his farm when he caught the man half naked and in the act with the sheep.
