Somalia: President Calls On Citizens in the Diaspora to Come Home and Rebuild Thier Nation

Somali president Hassan Shiekh Mohamud, who is now on a visit in Britain where the largest Somali community in Europe live, called on all Somalis living in the diaspora to return to their homeland of Somalia and rebuild it.

The president said that there is a good change in Somalia after more than 20 years of anarchy and armed conflict and het old that Somalis should rebuild their country and help their nation stand on its feet again.

"Come back to your country, it needs you and it is always important" said president Hassan Shiekh Mohamud in London.

President Hassan Shiekh said that if Somalis come together in the efforts of rebuilding the nation, then the world community would help and he repeatedly said that the hope of peace and security is returning to Somalia.
