Menongue — The governor of southeastern Kuando Kubango province, Higino Carneiro, Friday in Menongue spoke of the need for investment in the reinforcement of the political, patriotic and ideological education of the youths of the ruling party (JMPLA), with a view to making them more capable of facing the challenges of the development the region needs.
Addressing the 1st JMPLA extraordinary assembly, the politician said that many cadres and technicians, various actors of the political, economic and private both local and foreign, will travel to Kuando Kubango with knowledge and expertise.
"The most positive will see that most of the workforce Kuando Kubango needs will be found in the province itself, but these must be prepared to face the challenges of the development," he added.
He also spoke of the need to prepare these youths with the political, ideological and technical skills in order for them to be more and more in a position to take the responsibilities for the strengthening of the province, the party's youth organisation and of the country.
