Egypt: Presidency - No Contact Between U.S. and President Morsy

Presidential Spokesman Dr. Yasser Ali, in a phone call with CBC satellite channel on Friday 01/02/2013, said that the US Department of State's talk about the situation in Egypt is not interference in internal affairs. He stressed that no contact was made between the US administration and President Mohammed Morsy.

Ali noted that the presidency welcomes all initiatives of political powers, but we must sit to the table of dialogue, saying "we continue to call on the opposition for a national dialogue to pass through the current phase as the Egyptian street is looking for stability".
