Gambia: Three Vital Points for Gambian Duo in Belgium

Ebrahima Ibou Sawaneh's OH Leuven beat Sporting Charleroi 1-0 on Saturday to ensure more points in their quest to better their performance in the already ending Belgian Pro League.

Ogbu's 55 minutes made the difference for the strugglers who despite adding three points into their year's record did not make much difference for them as their position still remains the same at 10 points on the table.

Gambian international Sawaneh, who played for 90 minutes, was substituted in the added time after failing to hit the target once again.

Scorpion's Captain Mustapha Jarjue and Mons also secured a 3-0 win over Waasland-Beveren.

Mons are 9th on the table with four points ahead of Sawaneh's side.

If Mons and Leuven finished the league as mid-tablers they are only guaranteed a Europa league spot or playoff.
