Fekade Haile (Eng.), general manager of the Addis Abeba City Roads Authority (AACRA), said this in expressing the quality of construction capacity being sought for the construction of bridges, overpasses and roads relating to the City's light railway project.
The work needs advanced skills and capacity, and that is why we are looking for capable contractors, Fekade told Reporter, an Amharic biweekly, published on January 27, 2013.
