Eritrea: Environmental Hygiene Campaign Conducted in Asmara

Asmara — An extensive environmental hygiene campaign was conducted in Asmara city from 1st to 3rd February with a view to promoting public health and promoting the capital's cleanliness.

Among the participants, Mr. Haile Daniel, Mr. Yonas Habtemariam, Mr. Kibreab Tesfasilasie and Mr. Siyum Tsegai called on fellow residents to resort to effective utilization of dumping sites, and commended the ample supply of equipment witnessed in the process.

Mr. Ahmed Mahmoud, Mr. Tekeste Andebrhan and Ms. Sara Yohanes on their part called on the citizenry to extend a helping hand towards ensuring sustainable environmental sanitation, and expressed readiness to step up participation to this end.
