Kenya: Four KWS Officers Injured in Accident

FOUR Kenya Wildlife Service staff were seriously injured in a road accident along Nyeri-Nyahururu highway.

The four were injured after their vehicle was reportedly hit by a speeding Toyota Probox which was travelling from Nyahururu to Nyeri town.

Witnesses said the driver of the Probox lost control and hit the KWS vehicle near Nyeri town, forcing to crash into a ditch. The Probox driver sustained deep cuts during the Saturday morning accident. The injured were taken to Mathari Mission Hospital where they were admitted in serious condition.
