A ruling whether two Nigerian businessmen and a Kenyan woman charged with trafficking heroin valued at 8.6 million shillings will be released on bond,will be heard today by senior principal magistrate Lucy Mbugua.The accused are jointly charged with trafficking heroin last month on the on the 28th.
