Burkina Faso: Charles Kabore - 'We Qualified By a Stroke of Luck and We Are Enjoying It'
By Moutakilou Mumuni, 4 February 2013
Charles Kabore does not conceal that the victory of the Stallions was laborious. Moreover, he believes it is a fluke that he and his teammates found themselves on Sunday in the semi-finals of the Afcon 2013. He told us all that in the mixed zone.
"Very good team of Togo that I congratulate. Good players on the sides that caused us a lot of trouble. Also with Adebayor, great striker. I think that goal was a stroke of luck for us. The Togolese would not give up. We have respected that team so much. Pitroipa, he put his head on the corner and scored. After if we are here, I think it is because we deserve it. We will continue to work. I wish good luck to Togo for the next upcoming competitions".
